Slowly...well quite quickly actually, I moved out of the state, lived with my parents and I started losing weight. I became how I should've looked, I started eating better, getting outside more and now I can lift the same things my dad can. If I could've gone back in time somehow, it wouldn't be to a certain fight, it would be to whenever I had the choice in whether or not to eat the things I did. I've still never had to get into a fight, I've stood up for people whenever nobody else could, or when people decided just not to. I've made an impact on people, and it's what we should all do.
Some of you may have body issues, but it doesn't mean you shouldn't stand up for what is right. We need to change this world, and we aren't going to do it by being bystanders.
